1.5 hour sessions available or 12 week package (best deal) can be in person or via distance.

The package includes tailored energy healing sessions to assist your energy field to release and integrate the subconscious healings. 

Working with the 7 main energy Chakras, Abby will tune into your current energy levels & receive guidance on areas of priority requiring healing. Abby incorporates crystals, intuitive messages & Reiki energy to remove any blockages, facilitating increased energy flow & activation of the bodies innate healing.

Reiki is a Japanese form of therapy that aims to increase energy levels & promote relaxation & wellbeing. Developed in the late 19th century, Reiki is applied through non-invasive, non-manipulative gentle touch.

The underlying philosophy of Reiki is that if a person’s energy is low, they are more likely to be unwell or stressed. If it is high, however, they are more capable of being happy & feeling well. 

Abby will connect & channel your passed over loved ones in the spirit realms to share direct messages with you.

Your one hour session can be in person or via distance. A current photo of you is required for distant readings and you will receive your reading in written form. In addition to the intuitive guidance,  you are able to provide up to 2 questions to seek targeted guidance from spirit.

Mediumship Readings can be combined with Psychic Readings.

Abby will attend your location in person & intuitively cleanse & clear your space & raise the energetic vibration. This could involve smudging; sounding; assistance from higher beings; & crystal gridding.
