The underlying philosophy of Reiki is that if a person’s energy is low, they are more likely to be unwell or stressed. If it is high, however, they are more capable of being happy & feeling well. 

Healings can be combined with Psychic / Mediumship Readings for additional time/cost.

A current photo of you is required for distant healings and you will receive your clearing in written form. 

Abby will tune into your energy psychically & channel intuitive messages & guidance from your guides, ancestors & higher beings. If guided, crystals & cards will also be integrated into your reading.

Mediumship involves Abby to connect & channel your passed over loved ones in the spirit realms to share direct messages with you.

Your one hour session can be in person or via distance. A current photo of you is required for distant readings and you will receive your reading in written form. In addition to the intuitive guidance,  you are able to provide up to 2 questions to seek targeted guidance from spirit.

Hypnosis is helping a client access a state of altered consciousness so we can bypass the thinking mind and access their intuition. Hypnotherapy is for healing and to make profound change in peoples lives. All hypnosis is self-hypnosis (clients do not lose control). 

Traditional hypnotherapy

• Regresses a client to a previous time of this current lifetime
• can be used to shed behaviors, patterns, traumas, painful memories
• can retrieve suppressed memories

Past-life regression

Cleansing your space to remove any stagnant energy & raise the energetic vibration. Common for shared workplaces, people moving to a new home, or wanting to clear the energy after relationships ending etc. 

Trapped or unwanted Spirits & Entities Clearings  $250+*

This is a dual service which includes the removal of spirits/ entities, a Standard Clearing service, and an energy/chakra alignment for the client/owner (1)
