Abby will clear any entities or unwanted energies that have attached to your aura over the years; check if you have any contracts on your soul that need removing.

The underlying philosophy of Reiki is that if a person’s energy is low, they are more likely to be unwell or stressed. If it is high, however, they are more capable of being happy & feeling well.

Hypnosis is helping a client access a state of altered consciousness so we can bypass the thinking mind and access their intuition. Hypnotherapy is for healing and to make profound change in peoples lives. All hypnosis is self-hypnosis (clients do not lose control).
