 The womb is the most powerful portal within a woman's body temple. She creates and births life from here — or births projects, passions, purpose and ideas. And yet she is often the most forgotten, the most burdened, the most in need of tender care.

So many women I speak to are carrying things they cannot name. It is not depression exactly. It is not anxiety exactly. It is something older and deeper than that.
