Welcome to The Feminine Remembrance — a four-month online group program for women who are ready to activate, remember and rise.
I have been refining this group offering through the last two group programs and have finally landed here - all of the Ka (Light body) activations with energetic and sacred healing teachings and practices.
This is the program I wish I had when I was standing at the threshold of my own awakening — feeling the call for more but not knowing how to answer it.
I was very performance driven, disconnected from my body, controlling aspects of my life to keep my nervous system feeling somewhat safe.
I have now learnt to bridge my masculine and feminine energies, no longer living in the once dominate masculine energies of hustle, force and rigid societal structure. Now I invite in flow, ease and intuition to lead my daily life. How? Through anchoring divine feminine frequency. Activating my light body (Ka) connecting to the Divine Mother frequency, addressing karmic, ancestral wounds contracts and patterns ready to be healed.

Do I need any prior experience with energy work or spirituality?
Not at all. This program is designed to meet complete beginners and explains everything from the ground up — energy, the nervous system, the mind-body connection and more. You simply need to be curious and open. At the same time, there is real depth here for women who are already experienced on their path — the 16 Ka® levels alone take you somewhere very few people ever access.
Is this based on a particular religion?
No. While we work with ancient wisdom, sacred feminine traditions and spiritual concepts, the work is universal and can complement any belief system. Whether you resonate with the galactic, the alchemical, the ancestral, the wild feminine or simply your own inner knowing — this work meets you where you are.
The Practical Details
When does the program run?
The program runs fortnightly on Thursdays, 7:30–9:00pm AEST, from 27 August to 17 December 2026. That is 9c core fortnightly sessions.
What if I cannot attend a session live?
Every session is recorded and sent to you. And because we are working with energy and frequency — which is limitless across time and space — the activations work fully through the replay. The recording holds the same frequency, intentions, transmissions and higher beings as the live session. You will never miss out.
How is the program delivered?
All sessions are held live online via Zoom, and recorded. You will also receive access to a private group chat and platform for questions, support and community connection between sessions.
What is the time commitment?
1.5 hours per fortnight for our live session, plus implementing recommended practices during the weeks and whatever time you choose to dedicate to integration between sessions. The activations continue working in the background — there is a 44-day integration period for each Ka® level — so much of the work unfolds naturally in your daily life.
Investment
What is the investment?
The investment is $2,000 AUD paid in full, or a payment plan of 5 x $500 AUD adding to $2500 AUD.
What is included in the investment?
Everything: all 9 sessions, all 16 Ka® Channel Activations, the Ka® frequency transmissions, all Quantum Feminine and Sacred Feminine teachings and healings, 2 community calls, a 1:1 coaching session with Abby, the private group platform, session recordings, and integration guidance.
Is there an early bird discount?
No. This program is offered at one honest, aligned price for every woman who joins. This is intentional — the program is designed to magnetise the women who are genuinely ready for this supported journey within, not to pressure or rush anyone. When it is right, you will know.

What will I actually experience across the program?

Is this a psychic or mediumship development course?
No, this is not specifically a psychic or mediumship development course, and you do not need to have tapped into those abilities. However, as a natural result of this work, you will very likely become more aware of and connected to your own intuitive and energetic gifts. If you wish to focus specifically on developing psychic or mediumship abilities afterward, Abby offers a 1:1 Mentor Program as a next step.
What comes after this program?
The Feminine Remembrance is a beautiful foundation. For women who wish to continue, Abby offers a 1:1 Mentor Program for developing your gifts, energy and soul purpose more deeply. There are also ongoing events, ceremonies and future group programs. Many women find that once they begin remembering, they simply want to keep going — and there is always a next doorway. A Higher Consciousness group option is coming for 2027 if you feel called to continue after this program.
Do I need to buy crystals, tools or anything else?
No. While we may reference tools like crystals or ankhs, many of the most powerful practices require nothing but your presence, intention and openness. You can participate fully with no additional purchases.
