Q: Do I need any prior experience with energy work?
A: Not at all! This container is designed for complete beginners. We explain everything from the ground up. Come curious and with the understanding we are all Beings of energy. 

Q: Is this based on a specific religion or spiritual practice?
A: No. While we reference ancient wisdom traditions and spiritual concepts, the techniques are universal and can complement any belief system.

Q: How long is the Program?
A: The container runs for six weeks, with one weekly live session of approximately 90 minutes. Sessions are recorded and you can watch at your own pace.

Q: Is this a Psychic and Mediumship development course?

A: No this is not a Psychic or Mediumship course and you do not need to have tapped into those abilities. However, as a result of this program, you should become more likely to understand your spiritual and energetic abilities. If you are interested in focusing on psychic or mediumship development I can recommend a teacher. 

Q: Do I need to buy crystals, sage, or other tools?
A: While we discuss these tools, many of the most powerful techniques require nothing but your intention and visualisation. You can practice immediately with zero additional purchases.

Q: Is this program live or recorded?
A: The program is recorded and you will receive the Zoom recording via email. 

Q: How will I receive the content?

A: You will receive a PDF workbook for all six weeks, the live (and recorded) 90-minute session and a 1:1 Spiritual Life Coaching session with Abby either in person or online.

I am an intuitive healer, meditation facilitator and Life Coach offering Reiki & energetic healing practices & teachings, and neuro rewiring to heal trauma and create transformation.

My foundation is based blending spiritual concepts with energetics (quantum physics) and mindset or subconscious reprogramming for overall health & wellness. 

My mission for this lifetime is to guide others to bring in and hold more light in their energetic field and bodies. I work within the Quantum Relam, with my guides, my clients guides and Spirit. 

A practicing Psychic and Medium, intuitive healer incorporating Shamanic and Reiki practices, I have completed courses in Spiritual Life Coaching, Yoga teaching (currently completing) and Past Life Regression Therapy, Traditional Hypnotherapy, and Neuro-transformation Therapy (subconscious) / Life Coach qualifications.

Recently initiated into the Isis Priestess Lineage, I have found myself drawn to Feminine alchemy and energy teachings, assisting me through moving out of living in my masculine energy and further embracing my innate feminine intuition and remembrance. 

Previously in corporate leadership for 20 years, I have now stepped into the personal and spiritual development industry following my passions and sharing guidance to those wishing to rediscover their authentic self and how to live a joyful and aligned life.
